I had a wonderful stay at Harrah's in South Lake Tahoe. The newly renovated room was very spacious, clean, and had all the accommodations I expected. The view of the lake was stunning, and all the staff members were incredibly kind. However, the room did have a lingering smell of smoke, which was a bit off-putting.

I received great service from the desk clerk during check-in. Room service was excellent and fast in attending to our needs. However, it was disappointing to hear that there was a known problem with the staff that management needs to address.

The location was beautiful, surrounded by the mountains and the lake. It was very central and convenient for moving around the town, offering easy access to local restaurants and shops while enjoying the spectacular views.

During the Labor Day weekend, my stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were spacious with a sitting area for reading, two queen-size beds, and two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a tub. The walk-in closet was a nice addition, and the huge windows offered a beautiful view of the lake and snow-covered mountains.
